Property Management 

Tom West Company, Inc currently manages approximately 550 rental units including single family homes ranging in size, apartments, townhouses, duplexes and commercial property. We have a full time property manager that handles day to day activities including applicant screening, leasing and repairs. Tom West is also very involved in all phases of property management.

We provide many services in property management and realize that an owner's property is valuable and that we are assuming a large responsibility. Tom West Company will act as your agent in representing your interest in the best possible manner. Our experienced management staff includes three licensed Realtors committed to property management.  Including accounting and disbursement of your funds as quickly as possible, plus a bonded financial operation through American States Insurance with periodic audits.
