Originally from Lawrenceville, Georgia, Ginny Fricks brings a lifetime of service, resilience, and community dedication to her real estate career. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Ginny served five years as an officer, including a deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Following her active-duty service, she continued to embody the Army values as a military spouse for nearly 25 years, gaining firsthand experience with the challenges of relocation and the complexities of military family life.

Ginny earned her undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and went on to complete an MBA from Colorado Technical University, combining academic excellence with a practical understanding of leadership and organization. Her background gives her a unique perspective on helping families—especially military families—navigate the stresses of buying, selling, and transitioning between homes during Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves.

Having called the Wiregrass home for more than seven years, Ginny is deeply rooted in the local community. She’s an active volunteer on Fort Rucker, dedicating her time and energy to supporting Soldiers, spouses, and community programs. Known for her warm personality and tireless work ethic, Ginny is passionate about helping clients find not just a house, but a home that truly fits their lifestyle.
